We live in a state of constant transformation and it is essential that we are able to identify inevitable elements of change in good time, and play a meaningful role in shaping them. Change is a challenge, and there can never be too many good ideas. The creative process makes room for diversity, lateral thinking and new paths and perspectives. Here we also look at issues relating to gender and diversity. I accompany and offer advice to individuals, couples, groups and teams in seminars, retreats and incentives.
