GERHILT HAAK   I live and work in Germany and France. I work locally and internationally on independent projects and with established institutions. I enjoy lateral thinking and questioning given certitudes. Processes of change, how differences interact, and unexplored and alternative paths never cease to fascinate me.   I bring together very realistic and practical skills with a capacity for creativity and innovation. I draw inspiration and strength from artistic creation, being in nature, and meditation. I work on a freelance and independent basis, at the same time I     have a solid network and work together with a wide range of people.   In my educational path I have always tended to opt for a practical approach, preferring to learn through experience. The guiding threads were the elements that were later to become important in my work mentoring people, and which corresponded to my personal interests.
